on record. Despite service, apart from Mr. Nayak, other respondents are not represented in Court today. Considering the peculiar facts and the urgency involved, the matter is taken up for consideration out

of turn.

2. Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the prayer

portion of the writ petition by substituting the words “respondent No. 6 to 11” with “respondent Nos. 6 to

13” in the respective places they appear.

3. The instant writ petition has been filed, inter alia,

praying for a direction to delete the names of the respondent Nos. 6 to 13 from the final voters list dated 13th August, 2025 and not to allow the respondent Nos. 6 to 13 to caste their votes in the upcoming election of the Swami Vivekananda Narikalyan Sangha Prathamik Bahumukhi Sambay Samity
