for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 time to file report stands extended till today. The report dated September 19, 2025 under the seal and signature of the Deputy Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, filed in Court today, is taken on record. Copy has

been served upon Ms. Ipsita Ghosh, learned Advocate appears for the petitioner in Court today.
