1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is
taken on record.
2. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks for
setting aside of Memo No.976/1(1)/MIC/25 dated 23rd May, 2025 issued by respondent no.6/Deputy Secretary, West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education and Memo No.BHT/601/1(3)/G dated 26th June, 2025 issued by respondent no.4/Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Basirhat Sub-Division, North 24-Parganas appointing Sub-Inspector of Schools, Basirhat New Circle North 24-Parganas to act as Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) till the formation of new M.C./Appointment of the
Administrator.
3. The petitioner contends that the Headmaster of Kodalia Aminia High Madrasah (H.S.) has forwarded to the Board for constitution of newly elected managing committee on 7th February, 2025. However, till date no decision/approval has been accorded for constitution of the newly elected managing committee.
Hence this writ petition.
4. Mr. Anindya Bose, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that specific direction be issued upon the respondent no.5/the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education for taking a decision for approval of the re-constitution of the managing committee.

Mr. Nadeem Sulaiman, learned Advocate appearing for the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education submits that despite several communications and requests the petitioner has not produced relevant papers and documents for which the Board could not take any decision with regard to the approval sought for.
6. At this stage, learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to produce all the relevant documents before the Board as per their requirement.
7. In view of the above, respondent no.5/the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education is directed to take a decision for approval of the reconstitution of the managing committee upon notice to the petitioner and all other concerned authorities in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date of communication of this order subject to production of relevant documents by the petitioner before the Board.
8. With the above direction, the writ petition being WPA
15372 of 2025 stands disposed of.
9. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation made in the writ petition is deemed to be not admitted.
10.Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
11.All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.
12.There shall be no order as to costs.
13.All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
14.Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of all necessary legal formalities.
