2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the steps taken by the municipal authorities in issuing notices there by calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why appropriate steps should not be taken upon the petitioner’s failure to disclose relevant permission in connection with the construction of the building at the holding no. 355 Poramatala Road, Ward No. 15, P.S. Nabadwip, District Nadia. The show cause notice is dated 21st January, 2024. Subsequent show cause notices have also been issued. As per the above notices it would transpire that the allegation is also with regard to the failure on the part of the petitioner to obtain

trade licence for running show-room from the locale.

3. The learned advocate for the petitioner has, however, placed before this Court a copy of t
