In this application the petitioner has prayed for transfer of

G.R. Case No.8530 of 2019 from Baruipur Court to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankshall Court, Kolkata on the ground that another case being FIR No. 2832 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.8529 of 2019 has already been transferred before that Court and both the matters are required to

be heard conjointly in order to avoid conflict of judicial decisions.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party

submits that if the said prayer for transfer is allowed, his client has

got no objection.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and both the opposite parties, the prayer made by the petitioner is allowed. The G.R. Case No.8530 of 2019, presently pending before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Baruipu
