1. This writ petition had been filed challenging an

order of temporary delisting dated August 17, 2021 that had been passed after issuance of a show- cause notice dated April 21, 2021. The writ petition was admitted and an interim order was passed on August 10, 2022 thereby restraining the respondents from giving any effect or further effect to the notice to show cause dated April 21, 2021 as well as the order of temporary delisting dated

August 17, 2021.

2. During pendency of the writ petition a further

issued. It is submitted by both the parties that the 29, 2021 encapsulated the same charge based on

21, 2021 had been issued.
