1. Let the affidavit of service filed on behalf of the

petitioner who appeared in person online be kept on

record.

2. Pursuant to the notice being served upon the

respondents, the respondents No. 1 to 3/State have been represented by learned advocate Mr. Jayanta Samanta. Mr. Amitava Ghosh, learned advocate

appeared to represent the respondent No.4.

3. Despite service of notice, none appeared to represent

instruct the concerned police station to serve notice appropriate representation before the Court

intimating the next date of hearing and file a compliance report to that effect on the next date.

5. The petitioner appearing in person submitted to have been incapacitated to file affidavit-in-reply to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the learned advocates representing the respondent No. 1 to 3 and respondent No. 4 since her belongings comprising of medical papers, medicines, medical equipments, and certain relevant documents etc. have been in the custody of the respondent No. 4 along with other articles.

6. The learned advocate representing the State respondents submitted despite the police officials seeking the alleged list of articles from the petitioner on several occasions, the petitioner failed to furnish the same.

7. The petitioner appearing-in-person is to the furnish list of articles alleged to be in the custody of respondent No.4 before this Court on the next date of hearing to enable the State authorities to authenticate the veracity of the same.

8. The learned advocate representing the respondent No.

4, however, refuted the contentions of the petitioner appearing in person that her belongings as claimed by her, to have been in the custody of the respondent No.

4.

9. Next date be fixed on 20^th January, 2026.

10. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as ( L & OM) for immediate compliance.
