Mr. Suman Sengupta who usually appears for the

State and is present in Court, is requested to represent the State in the matter. His appointment be regularized by the

appropriate authority.

The petitioner is directed to serve copy of the writ

petition along with annexure thereto upon Mr. Sengupta in

course of this day.

The sole grievance of the petitioner is that private

respondent nos.10 & 11 have installed CCTV camera in their premises adjacent to that of the petitioner which covers the bed room of the petitioner, thereby infringing her

privacy.

The petitioner seeks reinstallation of the CCTV camera in a manner so as not to cover her bed room. It appears from the report submitted by the State that there are disputes between the petitioner and the
