1. In this petition, as filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India,

the Judgment and order dated 17.10.2022 as passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, Kolkata (hereinafter referred to as

the ‘said tribunal’ in short) in OA No. 350/01813/2015 is assailed.

2. By the impugned judgment and order, the said tribunal declined to interfere with the speaking order dated 20.07.2015 passed by the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway/Howrah, whereby and whereunder writ petitioner’s prayer for appointment on compassionate ground was not considered favourabl
