Rai Chattopadhyay, J.
1. A judgment of the Hon’ble Single Judge dated April 2, 2025 in WPA No. 16216 of 2021 is under challenge in this intra-Court appeal. The said writ petition was filed by the present respondent/workman to challenge an Award by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal- cum-Labour Court, Kolkata in Reference Case No. 03 of 2006, which has been set aside by the writ Court with other directions. Hence, the appellant/Bank being aggrieved has filed the instant appeal.
