1. The learned Counsel for the 5 applicants/petitioners has submitted that in another contempt application, that is, being CPAN 1779 of 2015, arising out of the same writ petition being WPA 18302 of 2014, it is found that the relevant order dated June 27, 2014 has been complied with by the alleged contemnors in respect of 14 applicants. However, the present CPAN 868 of 2018 has been filed by the 5 applicants, namely, Prabhat Roy, Sudhanya Das, Ramekbal Routh, Bishnu Das and Binay Das praying for issuance of contempt rule for non-compliance of the order dated June 27, 2014.
2. Mr. Arunava Banerjee, learned Counsel for the 5 applicants, as stated above, has submitted that there is no reason for the alleged contemnors to comply with the order dated June 27, 2014 so far as the present 5 applicants are concerned.
3. However, the learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors is not present today.
4. The learned Counsel for the applicants is directed to serve a notice upon the learned Counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors intimating him that the instant matter shall be taken up on 6th March, 2026.
5. However, it is expected that when the alleged contemnors complied with the order dated June 27, 2014, the same benefit and privilege will be extended to the present petitioners also.
6. List this matter on 6th March, 2026 under the same heading.

7. Mr. Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants has submitted that the relevant order dated June 27, 2014 has been complied with.
8. Accordingly, CPAN 2142 of 2014 is disposed of as the relevant order has been complied with by the alleged contemnors.
9. Let CPAN 2142 of 2014 be detagged.
10. The department is directed to take necessary steps.
