1. The learned Counsel for the 5 applicants/petitioners has submitted that in another contempt application, that is, being CPAN 1779 of 2015, arising out of the same writ petition being WPA 18302 of 2014, it is found that the relevant order dated June 27, 2014 has been complied with by the alleged contemnors in respect of 14 applicants. However, the present CPAN 868 of 2018 has been filed by the 5 applicants, namely, Prabhat Roy, Sudhanya Das, Ramekbal Routh, Bishnu Das and Binay Das praying for issuance of contempt rule for non-compliance of the order dated June 27, 2014.

2. Mr. Arunava Banerjee, learned Counsel for the 5 applicants, as stated above, has submitted that there is no reason for the alleged contemnors to comply w
