1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner participated in 2^nd SLST 2025 in the OBC-A category. She submits that she is a physically handicapped candidate with benchmark disability. Due to inadvertence, her disability was not disclosed in the application form. She realized the mistake only at the time of credential verification when she has been treated as general category candidate instead of a reserved one.

3. The petitioner relies on the judgment dated December 16, 2025 passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in MAT 2115 of 2025 (The West Bengal Central School Service Commission & Ors. vs. Somnath Pramanik & Ors.) wherein the Court directed the Commission to open the portal for updating the categorization of the candidates.
