1. Perused the instruction forwarded by the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas signed on 9th February, 2026. It appears therefrom that the petitioner has been placed in an English medium school on temporary basis to manage the crisis of teacher in Work Education.
2. Specific case of the petitioner is that she is not fluent in English language and it is not possible for her to manage the students of English medium school.
3. Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced a list of four Bengali medium schools where there is vacancy in the Work Education subject.
