1. Seven applications have been filed in the instant writ petition seeking addition of party.
2. Learned counsel representing the writ petitioner opposes such addition.
3. As it appears that any order passed in the instant writ petition may have cascading effect on the others, accordingly, the Court thinks it fit to allow all the applicants to be added as parties in the writ petition.
4. Hence, I allow all the applications for addition of parties.
5. The department is directed to make necessary addition as aforesaid in the cause title of the writ petition.
6. The applications for addition of party shall be forthwith served upon the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, if not already served.
7. The respondents are at liberty to file their respective affidavit-in-opposition by February 6, 2026; reply thereto, if any, by February 12, 2026.
