1. The petitioner in the instant case is a holder of PStP No. 84/1997-98 and has been plying the vehicle bearing No. WB33F/3096 on the route from Moyna to Bishnupur via Pingla, Debra, NH 6, Midnapore, CK, Road, Garbeta.

2. The petitioner has been allowed to ply his vehicle as per the permit issued by the RTA Paschim Medinipur with an approved timetable. The said permit has been renewed accordingly from time to time which remains valid till 24.3.2028.

3. Main grievance of the petitioner is against the revision of the time table of the vehicle bearing No. WB 55D/8311 issued on 31.10.2025 for plying from Purulia Bus Stand to Chandrakona Road.

4. The petitioner has been plying his vehicle on the road from Moyna to Bishnupur under the permit issued by the RTA Paschim Medinipur as per the approved timetable since 1997 to cater the needs of the commuters at large.

5. The petitioner submits that already an objection vide

04.11.2025 has been raised before the respondent authority in respect of allowing the vehicle of the private respondent to run as per the revised timetable by issuing a permit on 31.10.2025 for plying from Purulia to Chandrakona Road.

6. The State respondents does not object to such submissions made by the petitioner.

7. After careful consideration of the case, I am of the considered view that the respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the objection raised by the petitioner dated 4.11.2025 within a period of sixty days from the date of communication of this order and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner along with other interested parties and communicate such decision within a week thereafter.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of without taking an exception to the merits of the case.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned counsel for the parties on usual undertakings. [Smita Das De, J]
