c) Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the added respondents in CAN 4 of 2025.

d) Affidavit-in-opposition in two volumes filed on behalf of the added respondents in CAN 11 of 2025 and the reply thereto by the petitioners.

e) Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the respondent nos.152 to 155 (CAN 8 of

2025).

f) Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the added respondents in CAN 12 of 2025 and CAN 13 of 2025.

g) Affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the petitioners against the affidavit-in- opposition filed by the added respondents in respect of CAN 17 of 2025.

2. The applicants in some of the connected applications seek extension of time for filing affidavit-in-opposition.

3. Let affidavit-in-opposition by the applicants be prepared and circulated within two weeks from date. Reply, if any, by the petitioners be filed within a week thereafter.

4. CAN 2 of 2025 stood allowed by the Court vide order dated 10th December, 2025, but inadvertently the appearance of the learned advocates representing CAN 2 of 2025 were not recorded in the said order.

5. Be it recorded that Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Arindam Moitra, Mr. Ratul Biswas, and Mr. Sourojit Mukherjee represented the applicants in CAN 2 of 2025 before the Court on 10th December, 2025.

6. The order dated 10th December, 2025 is corrected accordingly.

7. Learned advocate for the petitioners has drawn attention of the Court to paragraph no.9 of the order dated 27th November, 2025. It has been submitted that the direc
