2. The petitioner’s application seeking transfer stood returned by the head of the institution on August 27, 2021 with the remark ‘exceeds ten percent and she is the only teacher of Sanskrit’.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that by this time, several new teachers have joined the school.

4. It appears that due to passage of time, the staff strength of the school may have changed. The bar of transfer of single subject teacher has been adjudicated by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court on 31^st July, 2025 in FMA 995 of 2025 + IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025 Rupak Dhua Vs.
