1. The petitioner participated in the recruitment examination in CAPF. He was found medically unfit by the Detailed Medical Examination Board on account of high blood pressure and tachycardia. The Review Medical Examination Board found the petitioner to be unfit on account of hypertension and trivial tricuspid regurgitation. The blood pressure of the petitioner has been recorded in the review medical examination report.
2. It has been submitted that the report of the DME and RME are contradictory to each other. The petitioner got himself examined by the State Government hospital where high blood pressure was not detected.
3. The petitioner prays for conducting re-
evaluation/re-examination of his health.
4. The DIG (PSO) has filed a report before this Court signed on February 24, 2026.
