The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegally a boundary wall has been constructed at the behest of the private respondents which is creating inconveniences to his free egress and ingress.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities have informed both the parties to restrain themselves from raising any illegal construction over the disputed property.

The records of the case reflect that series of civil cases have been filed.

Having regard to the fact that the issue relates to alleged illegal construction of the boundary wall, the same is the absolute domain of the learned civil court.

Accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the appropriate fourm for remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14100 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
