Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the respondent no.5.

The petitioner complains that the private respondent is trying to grab the property of the petitioner and to that effect with miscreants have been entering her house.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.5 completely denies the claim of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has falsely placed her claim so far as the property is concerned.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there are four criminal cases already registered which have been initiated either at the behest of the petitioner or the private respondent. The present information was furnished with the police station on 23.04.2025. To that effect, police authorities have conducted an enquiry and the date of the incident referred to being 19.04.2025 was also taken into consideration and a general diary entry being Sonarpur PS GDE No. 2812 dated

28.04.2025 has been recorded.

Police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

If the petitioner faces any inconvenience, petitioner would before the jurisdictional Magistrate, in seisin of the criminal cases, bring the inconvenience so faced. The learned Magistrate, in seisin of the case, would pass necessary directions to ensure the protection of the petitioner and also for maintaining peace and/or any other order which the learned Magistrate thinks fit and proper for upkeep the law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 9753 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
