This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed against an order dated 17^th May, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal in Title Suit No.103 of 2017 whereby the application of the Defendant No.1/Petitioner under section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been refused.

3. At the outset, both the learned advocates for the this revisional application on 29^th July, 2024, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was of the view that the possibility of analogous hearing may be explored. It analogous hearing of the pending title suits is passed by this court the parties will have no objection.
