Case No. 782 of 2024 arising out of Tufanganj Police Station Case No. 539 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, presently pending before the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tufanganj, District:

Cooch Behar.
