Gayen ….for the respondent nos.9, 11,12 & 13 The present writ petition has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the original application (hereinafter referred to as OA) being OA 3806 of 2015 (LRTT) as well as the application filed in connection with the said OA being MA 536 of 2024.

Mr. Samad, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the OA is pending before the learned Tribunal since the year 2015. Even by the last order dated 17^th December, 2024, the hearing of the OA and the MA has been deferred and fixed about six months thereafter on 10^th June, 2025. Such delay in fixing a date of hearing is too long in a system where justice is supposed to be swift but deliberate.

Mr. Gayen, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the respondent nos. 9, 11, 12 and 13. Let the Vakalatnama, as filed, be kept on record.
