1. By filing this present application under Sections 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners have challenged the Judgment and Order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Learned Judge, Bench – I, City Sessions Court, Calcutta in Criminal Appeal No. 18 of 2017.
