CAN 1 of 2025, is an application by the petitioner seeking amendment of the writ petition as per the schedule of amendment as mentioned therein.

According to the learned advocate for the petitioner, the amendments as sought for are necessary for the proper adjudication of the case and are based on the development subsequently occurred, after filing of the writ petition. The amendments basically relate to incorporation of the pleadings regarding ingenuinity of the transfer certificate of the respondent no.7 and the petitioner’s prayer for proper investigation to unearth the truth with relation to the same.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.7 has raised strong objection so far as the application being CAN 1 of 2025, is concerned. According to him, the amendments would be contradictory to the directions given by the Hon’ble Division Bench
