1. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying for a direction upon the respondent no. 5 to return all original documents and Rs. 9,50,000/- to the petitioner as she is not willing to continue with her course in the respondent no. 5 college.
2. The petitioner after completion of her BDS Course from Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences had appeared for the NEET MDS to pursue her higher studies and her rank was 8478. In the third round of counseling, she got admission in the Haldia Institute of Dental Sciences and Research (HIDSAR) to pursue her MDS course in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
