O R D E R Per Ms. Urmita Datta (Sen), Judicial Member:

The instant application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985 praying for the following relief:-

“a) To set aside and quash impugned Office Order No. 03/2023 (S&T) dated 30.01.2023 issued by the Dy. Chief Personnel Officer/GAZ for Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Eastern Railway.

(b) To set aside and quash impugned Speaking Order No.CPO/SC/CC/KC/2024 dated 09.08.2024 issued by the PCOP, Eastern Railway & respondent No. 3.

(c) To direct the respondents to issue necessary posting order of the applicant against the post of Sr. DSTE/SDAH or Dy. CSTE/W/HWH and in the alternative direct the respondents to issue necessary posting order of the applicant against any other JAG post in the cadre forthwith.

(d) Any other order or orders as the Hon’ble Tribunal deems fit and proper.”

2. As per the applicant, he was appointed on 15.12.2014 in the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and was posted as Assistant Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (Group ‘A’).
