Hon’ble Mr. Manish Garg, Member (J):-
1. In the present Original Application, filed under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, the applicant has prayed for the following relief(s):
“I. Allow the Original Application.
II. To quash and set aside the Impugned Order dated 14.01.2016 and direct Respondent to sanction the 1st ACP on due date.
III. To direct the Respondent to sanction ACP in the Pay band 2 with grade pay of Rs. 4600/- w.e.f. 20.05.2007.
IV. To direct the Respondent to carry out correct fixation of pay to the Applicant as per the first representation dated 28.02.2014.
V. To grant arrears of pay with interest at the rate of 18% per annum compounded with monthly rest till full and final payment is made from date of effect.
VI. Grant any other relief, which this Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper, in favour of the Applicant.”
