2. In the instant O.A, the applicant seeks following relief(s):-

a) DIRECTION do issue directing the respondent authorities to forthwith grant in situ promotion to the applicant to S-5 level post by placing the name of your applicant in the promotional list dated 12th May, 2020 at Srl No. 8A, after Srl No. 8 (Dr. AKB Ramtake) and before Srl No. 9 (Dr. Kaushal Kumar)with panel year 2010-11 or 2011-12, in the available vacancy, with all consequential benefits, if necessary by quashing and/or setting aside all documents/orders standing in the way of grant of such in situ promotion;

b) INJUNCTION do issue restraining th
