1. The SWP/WP(C) No. 1190/2008 was transferred from the Hon’ble High Court of Jammu and Kashmir at Jammu and was registered as T.A. No. 61/4304/2021 by the Registry of this Tribunal.

2. The present matter was filed before the Hon’ble High Court with following prayer:

a) “to quash order no. PNR-II-A/127352/07-08/25-26 dated 04.04.2008 issued by respondent no. 5, Accountant General whereby the said respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner for revision of pensionary benefits, by issuance of writ of certiorari;

b) to issue directions to the respondents to confirm/regularize the promotion of petitioner on the post of Naib Tehsildar with effect from the date the petitioner was promoted as Incharge Naib Tehsildar and to give effect of promotion to the petitioner retrospectively, by issuance of writ of mandamus;

c) to issue directions to the respondents re-fix the pension of the petitioner in the grade 6500-10500 with effect from 01.04.2003 against the post of Naib Tehsildar and to release the arrears of pension with effect from 01.04 2003 against the post of Naib Tehsildar along with interest @ 18% per annum by issuance of writ of ma
