O R D E R

1. The instant petition has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant with following relief:

i. Quashing the Pension Payment Order issued in favour of applicant under No. 111332727 dated 25^th May, 2013 to the extent it sanctions pensionary benefits to the applicant computed by taking Rs. 51,780/- as last pay drawn by the applicant instead of Rs. 56,560/- as per her entitlement and as recommended by the respondent no. 3.

ii. Direction to the respondent no. 4 to re-fix the pensionary benefits of the applicant by taking her last pay drawn as Rs. 56,560/- as recommended by the respondent no. 3 after giving to the applicant the benefits of increments as on 01.07.2009, 01.07.2012 and 01.07.2013.

iii. Commanding the respondents to pay to the applicant the arrears on account of re-fixation of her pension by taking her last pay drawn as Rs. 56,560/- alongwith interest @ 12% per annum.

2. The brief facts of the case:

The brief facts of the case are that the applicant was appointed as Lecturer in the year 1978 and was promoted in the Higher Education department as Principle in December, 2009 on substantive basis. Applicant was, thereafter posted in Government College for Women, Udhampur
