Three applicants namely Ranjit singh, Mukhlal Saw and Kuleshwar Ravi Das have jointly filed this OA for following relief:-
“8.1) The Reversion order dated 03.10.2018 passed by the Respondent no.2 so far these petitioners are concerned (Ann-A/2) be quashed.
8.2) The Respondents be directed not to give effect to the order dated 03.10.2018 and to allow the petitioners to perform their regular duties to the post of Survey Asstt.without any disturbances.
8.3) The Respondents be directed not to discriminate the petitioners and to extend the same benefits at per with their same and similarly situated persons.
8.4) Any other relief or reliefs for which these petitioner are entitled to.”
2. Brief facts of case are that applicants namely Ranjit singh, Mukhlal Saw and Kuleshwar Ravidas were initially appointed vide office order dt. 22.02.1999, 04.12.1981 and 04.09.1986 respectively as Group „D‟ contingent Khalashi thereafter they all were appointed to the post of Regular Khalashi Group „D‟ post in the scle of 2550-3200/-.
3. Being eligible, all the three applicants were appeared in Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) held on October, 2002 for promotion
