ORDER

This is the second round of litigation. Earlier the applicant approached this Tribunal vide OA No. 3842/2023 which was disposed of on 06.12.2023 directing the respondents to decide his representation dated 14.11.2023 in a time bound manner and also to explore the possibility of accommodating his request if there was any vacancy. However, due to non compliance of the order passed by this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, a Contempt Petition No. 148 of 2024 was filed wherein after issuance of notice in the C.P, impugned transfer order dated 27.03.2024 which has been assailed in the instant OA had been passed vide which revised transfer order was issued transferring him from K.V. AFS Bidar to K.V. Rajgarhi (Uttarakhand).

2. Now, the instant OA has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act , 1985, seeking the following reliefs:-

(i) That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned transfer order dated 04.08.2023 (Annex.A/1) in respect of the applicant only and declaring to the effect that the same are illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and consequently, pass an order directing the respondents to
