The present OA has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs :

8.1 To set aside the order dated 08.01.2024 whereby a candidature of the applicant for the post of Sorting Assistant was cancelled as the applicant failed to submit the EWS Certificate for the Year 2022-2023 despite extension of three weeks time Vide letter dated 11.10.2023 and order dated 10.06.2024, which rejects the representation of the applicant on dated 31.01 .2024 and 16.03.2024 and to further direct the respondents, to treat the applicant as an EWS candidate in the present selection process and to further restore the candidature of the applicant and to issue the offer of appointment as per merit i.e. Sorting Assistant with all consequential benefits including seniority and promotion and pay and allowances.

8.2 To set aside the condition No.6.3 of Advertisement or any other condition is challenged to an extent which fix the crucial date i.e. closing date of receipt of online application (closing date 08.10.2022) for seeking EWS benefits in the present selection process as the same is unjust, arbitrary against principle of natural justice, obje
