It is also the case of applicant that juniors to applicant has already been paid benefits of MACP in year 2010 whereas claim of applicant has been denied and the matter relates to grant of increment and scale of pay in 6 CPC is also pending under duly constituted committee and the committee has not submitted its report hence the increment and benefits admissible to applicant Applicant has also filed Annexure A/8 dated 05.11.2019 provided by Accounts Officer of Regional Office, Muzaffarpur. reference reproduced as under :<br/>

“I. To issue an appropriate writ / order / direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant 3rd MACP w.e.f.
