By virtue of the present OA, the applicants seek the following relief(s):-

“(a) quash and set aside the impugned order dated 16.06.2023 (Annexure A/1).

(b) direct the respondents to refix and revise the pay of the applicants by granting one annual increment for the year 2014- 2015; accord seniority in accordance with merit position and MACP benefits equal to the appointees of same recruitment process who joined in the year 2014 under advertisement 01/13 (post code 20/13) alongwith arrears.

(c) if need so arises, respondents be directed to notionally antedate the dates of appointment of applicants to bring them at par with their batchmates who joined in the year 2014.

(d) accord all consequential benefits.

(e) award costs of proceedings.

(f) Pass any other order/direction which this Hon’ble Tribunal deems fit and proper in favour of the applicant and against the respondents in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
