Disciplinary Authority passed the order of “dismissal from service” vide order dated 31.07.2012. Appellate Authority vide order dated 06.03.2013 rejected the appeal of the applicant confirming the punishment. Being aggrieved, applicant approached this Tribunal in OA No. 302/2014, which was disposed of vide order dated 23.08.2016 (A/1) with the following directions: <br/>
