ORDER

Hon’ble Mr. Tarun Shridhar, Member (A) Aggrieved by the Annual Confidential Report (ACR) for the year 2001, the applicant has approached this Tribunal praying for the following reliefs :

(i) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of quashing the impugned order dated 21.11.2014 and impugned ACR of the year 2001, declaring to the effect that the same illegal, arbitrary, against the rules and against the principle of natural justice and consequently, pass an order directing the respondents ignore the ACR of the year 2001 for all purposes including for the consideration of promotion to the post of Vice –Principal from the date of promotion of his junior and as per the direction given by the Hon’ble Tribunal in OA No 3203/2012 with all consequential benefits including revision of retirement benefits with arrears.

(ii) That the Hon’ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass an order of conducting review DPC to consider the applicant for his promotion to the post of Vice-Principal from the date of his junior persons i.e. from 2005 with all the consequential benefits including the arrears of difference of pay and allowances
