ORDER

The instant OA has been filed by the applicant, Mr. Ajay under Section 19 of the CAT Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs :-

"8 A. Call for records of the case: B. Pass an order quashing and setting aside Order dated 03/07/2024 issued by Respondents;

C. Pass an order directing the Respondents to appoint the applicant to the post of Constable (Male) along with all consequential benefits and arrears along with interest, D. Award cost of the proceedings: and E. Pass any order/relief/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice in favour of the Applicant."

2. The conspectus of the case as per the counsel of the applicant is that the applicant who has been an aspirant for the post of Constable in Delhi Police, responded to the notification published by the respondents to fill up various posts of Constable (Exe.) Male in Delhi Police. Being eligible, he applied under EWS category and participated in the selection process.

He qualified the same and was asked to appear in Physical Endurance & Measurement Test, document verification and medical examination. Though the applicant was declared medically fit, h
