The applicant in this Original Application has sought for

the following reliefs:-

“8.1 Summon the entire relevant records partenting to

the selection conducted as per the advertisement 25^th

January 2012 as Annexure A-7 from the Respondents

for its kind perusal.

8.2

This Hon’ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct

the respondents to appoint the applicant on the post of

Mate (SS) at respondent No.3 establishment and

cancel the appointment of Roll No.291.

8.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Tribunal deems

fit and proper may also be granted in the interest of

justice.”

Briefly stated the facts of the case are that the

applicant applied for the post of Mate (SS) against the

advertisement issued by the respondents in Rojgar

Samachar Patra dated 25.01.2012 to 03.02.2012 in the

department of Mechanical Engineer Service (MES). Admit

card was issued to the applicant with Roll No.408 to appear

in the written examination held on 02.09.2012. He appeared

and found successful. Result was declared on 27.12.2012

(Annexure A/9) in which his roll number appeared. Applicant

was called for interview on 04.02.2013 and he appeared for
