The facts and issues in both the captioned OAs are since common, the grounds urged on behalf of the parties are also common and the reliefs sought by the applicants are similar. In the background of such admitted position and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the captioned OAs are being heard and decided together by the present common order. However, for the sake of convenience, OA No. 2265/2019 has been treated as a lead case and the facts are being taken from the pleadings therein.
2. The applicants are aggrieved by order dated 26.10.2015 (Annexure A-1) whereby the respondents have decided to discontinue the grant of Transport Allowance (TA) to them at Delhi rates while posted at Noida and further decided to reduce the TA as well as recover the alleged excess TA paid from January, 2009 to November, 2015 by an order dated 18.07.2019. Aggrieved by the same, they have filed the present O.As. seeking following relief(s):-
