ORDER

(Pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. Varun Sindhu Kul Kaumudi, Member(A)) In the instant OA, the applicant seeks the following relief:-

    "a) To call for the records in relating to the impugned orders made in Memo No. STB/15-257/2015 dated at Coimbatore 641 002 the 13.04.2015 passed by the 1st respondent herein in confirming the order of punishment of removal from service passed in Memo No. F1/III-I/13-14, dated at Thirupathur 635 601 the 16.12.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the applicant into service as postman with continuity of service and pay all monitory other service benefits.
    b) and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2.1 The applicant submits that he was appointed as Postman, Ambur, SO, on 21.07.1990, on compassionate grounds, and, on completion of 16 years, TBOP was granted to him. After 24 years of service in the Department as Postman, he got promotions as Mail Overseer and Head Postman. He has completed 27 year
