ORDER
AS PER : AJAY PRATAP SINGH, MEMBER [JUDICIAL]
1. Applicant has filed present original application under Section- 19 of the Administrative Tribunals, Act 1985 to set-aside order no.PA- III/Pay Fixation/ S.B. Singh/880 filed as Annexure – A-1 received on 22.09.2017, whereby in the light of letter dated 25.07.2016 of the Government of India, Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Department of Posts, New Delhi, the pay fixed in accordance with office letter dated 27.05.205 has been rectified and re-fixation of pay of the re-employment pensioner made and excess amount so paid of pay and allowances from 10.10.2006 to till date calculated for effecting recovery. The applicant has also sought direction to the respondents to restore the pay of applicant ₹14,500/-
