ORDER

Per Mr. Jayesh V. Bhairavia, Judicial Member :

1. The applicant has approached this Tribunal under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, praying for the following relief(s):

    A.(i) An order be passed directing the respondent No. 5 to consider the representation dated 11/08/2023 submitted by the applicant before the respondent No.6 and to grant the benefit of the order dated 10.08.2023 issued by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration by extending the benefit of 1/30th of the minimum of the relevant pay scale plus dearness for working 8 hours a day to the applicant for discharging the duties and responsibilities of regular employees for 8 Hours a day.
    (ii) An order be passed directing the respondent No. 5 to release the difference payment to the applicant for the period from April 2022 to May 2023 in terms of remuneration fixed vide Order No. 116, dated 02/03/2022 issued by District Rural Development Agency.
    (iii) An order be passed directing the respondent No. 5 to absorb the applicant to the post of Peon under the respondent No. 5 in terms of the letter dated 01/11/2021 issued by the Ministry of Rural Development.
