ORDER

Per Hon’ble Mr.D.S.Mahra, J.M.

The applicant has prayed for the following reliefs in the present TA:

i) Any suitable writ order or direction including a writ in the nature of certiorari whereby the punishments inflected upon the petitioner by virtue of order dated 31.5.2007 Annexure-G, passed by Secretary to Government Medical & Health Education Department, be quashed for the reason that representation filed in that perspective has not been considered till date;

(ii) Any suitable writ order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to release two withheld increments of petitioner forthwith and subsequently the pension of petitioner be decided and releases on the basis of salary that culminates after computing the last salary along with those two withheld increments.

(iii) Any suitable writ order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to decide forthwith the period of suspension of petitioner as on duty for the reason that petitioner was consistently attending Directorate of Health during his suspension period as the same is endorsed by various officers.
