ORDER
dated 05.11.2018, 10.12.2018 and 29.01.2019 passed by the respondent no.2. iii.
Award the heavy cost upon the respondent No.2 for harassing the applicant as held in Lucknow Development Authority vs M.K. Gupta as reported in (1994) SCC 243.

Award the suitable cost of litigation of in favour of the applicant and against the respondent No.2 and 4 as the respondents No.2 and 4 have compelled the applicant for filing the O.A. before the Hon’ble Tribunal. v.
Pass any other order which this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case to meet the ends of justice.”
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid reliefs sought by the applicant have been granted by the respondents and the applicant is satisfied with the same.
