This O.A. has been filed by the applicant seeking
following relief:
“8. Relief Sought:-
In view of the facts mentioned in Para 4 above, the applicant
prays for the following relief(s):-
(i) That, the respondents be commanded to settle his unsettled
claims which were kept pending since long with a further to pay
difference of arrears of 6th Pay Commission and 7th Pay so also
settle his medical claims and the same be paid along with
interest @ 18% p.a., in the interest of justice.
(ii) That, the cost of Rs. 5,00,000/- be imposed upon the
respondents, as a cost, keeping in view the respondents failed
to settle his unsettled claims which were kept pending since
long, hence, the cost be imposed in the interest of justice.
(iii) That, any other relief which is suitable in the facts and
circumstances of the case in favour of the applicant including
the costs throughout may also be granted.”

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits
that the applicant may be granted liberty to file a fresh
representation along with the relevant documents, before the
