ORDER
The applicants in these five sets of Original Applications, are aggrieved that they have been denied Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- after four years service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- on the ground that they were not party before the Courts and the benefit of Court cases granted by placing reliance on the judgment of Hon‟ble High Court of Madras in W.P. No.13225 of 2010 dated 06.09.2010 in the case of M. Subramaniam vs. Union of India and others, is applicable to the applicants therein only. 2. The issue involved in all these Original Applications is common in nature. Hence all five Original Applications are being decided by way of a common order. For the purpose of this order, the facts and the documents produced in OA 200/441/2021 are referred to for brevity.
3. The applicants have sought for the following reliefs: “8.(i) Summon the entire relevant record pertaining to the applicants pay fixation and other records from the respondents for its kind perusal;
