The application having been heard on 28.10.2022, the Tribunal on
the same day delivered the following:
ORDER
Justice K. Haripal, Judicial Member When the O.A was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the applicants. It is also seen that the learned counsel who was appearing for the applicants has relinquished vakalath. A memo has also been filed stating that relinquishment was made after alerting the applicants.
We also notice MA 513/2021 filed by the respondents to close the O.A. It was stated therein that out of four applicants, in cases except that of applicant No.3, orders were already implemented. It is true that the MA was closed on
03.09.2021, but even after the relinquishment of the vakalath which was notified to the parties, they have not chosen to pursue the proceedings by engaging a new Lawyer or appearing in person. That means, the parties are not interested in proceeding with the O.A.
