1. Instant OA has been filed by the applicant for the following relief: -

8.1 That your Lordships may graciously be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned Orders dated 19.02.2020, together with order dated 14.06.2017 and 01.04.2019 as contained in Annexure-A/1, respectively. A/2 and A/3.

8.2 That your Lordships may further be pleased to direct / command the Respondents to re- consider the case of Applicant and issue offer of appointment letter in favour of Applicant henceforth.

8.3 That your Lordships may graciously be pleased to direct / command the Respondents to grant all consequential benefits in favour of the Applicant.

8.4 Any other relief or reliefs including the cost of the proceeding may be allowed in favour of the Applicant.

2. That the brief fact of the case as narrated by the applicant in this OA is that the applicant is son of the deceased employee namely Kanhaiya Paswan, Technician Grade-I (Electric), East Central Railway, Narkatiyaganj who died in harness on 14.04.2016 leaving behind widow (Smt. Manju Devi), 03 sons and 01 daughter.
